What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foster Care Case Manager position at 18 Degrees?

· Full time position for Therapeutic Foster Care Program in our West Springfield, MA office.
· Manage a caseload of children/youth who are experiencing foster care.
· Conduct regular visits with foster families and children/youth to promote safety and well-being. Visits may need to be scheduled after 5:00 p.m. on occasion.
· Provide supportive services to foster parents and children/youth including assessments, making and monitoring referrals, and collaborating with other service providers.
· Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills; strong ability to build rapport with children/youth and families; and excellent time-management and organizational skills are required.
· Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree. Social Work license preferred, but not required.
· Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
