Sign on Bonus: $600 for full-time (Half paid out at 3 months and other half at 12 months).
Salary Range: $60,000-65,000 annually
Position: 180 Degrees, a Human Services Non Profit, is seeking a Program Administrator to support the Senior Manager of Hope House Youth Shelter. This is a staff leadership, youth programming and client-relationship role. This position is located fully in-person in St. Paul, Minnesota with requirements for an on-call 24/7 rotation.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients are provided excellent service consistent with evidence based practices in order to set client-specific goals and evaluate outcomes
- Oversees intake process in conjunction with Case Managers
- Uses knowledge of alternative systems to manage or deescalate potential situations.
- Monitor MEDS documentation and correct/address as needed.
- Coordinates approved meals and develops menus using staff and resident input.
- Maintains visibility on the floor
- Utilize trauma informed techniques when working with staff and clients
- Trains staff in specific practices and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards
- Data management in Power180
- Create and maintain staffing schedule
- Provide work direction and coach program staff
- Reviews and records applicable data on shift reports and files documenting significant events
- Responsible for food and supply expenses as outlined in approved agency budget
- Coordinates household needs with Operations / Maintenance
- May serve as shift coordinator or on-call manager
- Assists Senior Program Manager as requested

Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or other relevant field preferred.
- Dependable transportation for in-person work.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Ability to clear a Department of Human Services background screening.
- Lived experience in place of certain credentials will be considered for all positions.
