**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. The Valet Parker is responsible for providing a high level of customer service while efficiently and safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles. This role requires the ability to operate various types of vehicles, maintain a professional demeanor, and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Parking & Retrieval:
• Greet guests as they arrive and depart, offering a warm and friendly welcome.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Ensure the security of vehicles by following all parking procedures.
• Accurately document vehicle locations to ensure quick retrieval.
• Customer Service:
• Assist guests with luggage and offer directions or information as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including driving speed limits, seatbelt use, and safe handling of guest property.
• Report any accidents, damages, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to vehicle security and guest confidentiality.
• Vehicle Handling:
• Operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions, SUVs, trucks, and luxury vehicles.
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles before and after parking to check for any existing damage.
• Additional Duties:
• Maintain cleanliness of the valet area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management, including running errands or performing light maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in valet parking or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact positively with guests.
• Good physical condition; able to stand for long periods and run short distances.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and driving checks.
• Other Requirements:
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code policies.

Work Environment:

• Primarily outdoor environment; exposure to various weather conditions.
• Fast-paced, dynamic work environment with potential for high stress during peak times.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to run short distances to retrieve vehicles.
• Capacity to lift and carry items such as luggage up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping.

We also require all employees to possess a valid drivers license, be 18 years of age, ability to work in the state/country and be belingual speaking both english and french , though english is a neccessity.
