180 Self-Storage has an immediate opening at its Red Mountain Self Storage & RV location, in Mesa, AZ. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best self-storage experience in the industry. In order to deliver this extraordinary level of sales and service, we are seeking highly energetic, self-motivated, friendly, and sales oriented individuals for the part-time Assistant Manager Position. The Assistant Manager position is part-time (20 - 28 hours per week) and is responsible for the management and daily operation of self-storage facilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Retail/Customer Service/Self-Storage experience is beneficial
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Effectively answer telephone inquiries
- Rental of storage units
- Preparing and understanding self-storage rental agreements
- Handling financial transactions and banking activities
- Having a working understanding of all storage related product and services
- Maintaining a clean and operational property, inside and out
- Collecting rent including proactively making collection calls, as needed
Requirements:
- Good communications skills, both written and oral
- Good computer skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Must be willing to work at other locations (in necessary)
- Outstanding organizational ability
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work during the week and weekends
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and drivers insurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a full background check and drug screening
- SiteLink experience a plus
