What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Marketing Manager position at 180 Your Marketing?
We are looking for an amazing social media marketing expert to join our team. This is a part-time to full-time position that will be a hybrid role with some time spent in our studio in Overland Park, KS.
We serve the real estate community so real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies for client brands
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms
• Monitor and grow online communities through active engagement
• Track performance and optimize campaigns using analytics
• Assist with video recording, podcast recording, and event marketing
Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva is a must, Adobe, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to social media
This is an excellent role for someone newer to the marketing world, or someone who may have recently graduated. (We do NOT require a degree)
