Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA to join our team for an onsite engagement in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, with in-depth knowledge of S/4HANA working scenarios, including system configuration, business process design, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP FICO implementations and upgrades in an S/4HANA environment.
- Customize and configure FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective SAP FICO solutions.
- Conduct system testing, end-user training, and post-go-live support.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, system integration, and data migration.
- Resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP FICO.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 2 years in S/4HANA projects.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations and rollouts.
- Strong knowledge of financial business processes and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage client-facing responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
