Requirements:

- Handling stone ovens.
- Stretching or opening dough by hand.
- Making dough from scratch and dough balling.
- Working under pressure.
- ✅ Ability to work at a fast pace with a positive attitude.
- ✅ Read tickets and prepare dishes as requested.
- ✅ Mandatory availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- ✅ Reliable communication and transportation.
- ✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (squatting, bending, twisting, and standing for the entire shift).
- ✅ Comfortable wearing gloves and maintaining a professional appearance.
