ob Description: Box Truck Driver
We are seeking a reliable and professional Box Truck Driver to join our team. This position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 22-foot box truck with air brakes (no CDL required).
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and delivery.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
- Comfortable operating a box truck with air brakes.
- Completion of a mandatory 5-hour training class.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Weekly hours: 30–38 hours per week.
- Pay: $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
