As a Shift Supervisor for 1831 Bar & Lounge, you will:
Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to maintain an Exceptionally Distinctive Guest Experience.
Maintaining genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services throughout the establishment, including:
•Supervising all staff including the bartenders, security, and kitchen staff to uphold their job responsibilities
•Assisting the staff with any and all parts of their job when in need
•Dealing with patrons while always providing friendly and attentive service
•Maintaining the ambiance and atmosphere of the establishment
•Facilitating any planned event by hosting them with the utmost care
•Accepting and storing vendor deliveries
•Constant communication with owners/upper management
•Adhering to company standards and upholding shift supervisor regulations
