Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues on RVs, motorcoaches, trailers, and towables.
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues in RV systems and components.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, transmission services, and HVAC system repairs.
- Repair and maintain air brakes, suspension components, plumbing, water heaters, slide-outs, and appliances.
- Utilize hand tools and welding techniques for repairs and modifications.
- Assist in generator repairs (diesel and gas) and ensure all work meets safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.
- Use SMS mobile systems for reporting, digital vehicle inspections (DVI), scheduling, and quoting services.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and submit reports to management weekly.
- Interact with customers professionally and provide real-time updates to management during company hours.
- Clock in and out of the SMS system during working hours.

Preferred (but Not Required) Skills
- Specialized Training & Certifications – AquaHot systems, RVIA certification, generator repair, welding, HVAC, and more.
- Diesel & Gas Generator Repair – Preferred but not required
- Welding & Fabrication Skills – A plus for structural modifications and repairs
- Diesel Engine Expertise – Experience with heavy-duty truck and RV powertrains is highly desirable
Job Type & Compensation
- Part-Time Contract (1099) – Option to convert to Full-Time W2 with benefits after a qualifying period
