1854 Grille is looking for a skilled and charismatic bartender to mix up incredible drinks, keep the bar buzzing, and create an unforgettable experience for our guests. If you’ve got a passion for craft cocktails, great service, and a lively atmosphere, we want you behind our bar!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mixing and serving creative cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
- Engaging with guests, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Managing cash and card transactions with accuracy.
- Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly.
- Following all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines.
- Helping to create a welcoming and fun bar environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced bartender with a great personality and willingness to coach and be coached.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Must be 21 and able to obtain necessary alcohol service certifications.
