Duties
- Lead a team and oversee projects from start to finish, keeping jobs on track according to time and budget guidelines

-Draft quotes for projects-licensed/insured
-Extensive construction and general maintenance skillset
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, with a focus on leadership and team management.
- Proficiency in project management principles, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience using Appfolio for tracking maintenance activities is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues logically.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.

Pay: $26.05 - $27.48 per hour
