We are seeking a Director of Technology Solutions who is ready to play a key role within a rapidly growing and high-performing team. You will help address our clients' most pressing and complex issues by designing and implementing customized data science, machine learning, AI, and other data analytics solutions. You will partner and build strong relationships with our clients' staff, providing business analytics, artificial intelligence, and other technology solutions for mission-centric problems. We are looking for someone who can rapidly grow into the multi-faceted role of architecting technology solutions, developing and nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the technical delivery of our bespoke data science and AI solutions. You will oversee and grow a team helping develop staff into thoughtful technologists with excellent technical and client relationship management skills. If you enjoy building and leading teams while solving challenging data analytics challenges, this position offers a unique opportunity to do just that. This position does offer performance-based incentive compensation, in addition to its base salary.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate across the organization to identify opportunities, craft program strategy, and develop thoughtful action plans for client organizations to achieve their overall business objectives
Communicate with a diverse team of technology and transformation consultants, software engineers, data scientists, and instructors Lead successful completion of analytic deliverables
Ensure the quality and reliability of data obtained from client and offline data sources
Utilize your deep understanding of machine learning, AI system implementation, and project management to support client deliverables
Support business development by determining market needs, establishing new business opportunities, leading pursuit activities, and bringing a long-term client relationship philosophy to your work
Present information, pitches, progress updates, and results on a regular basis to current and potential clients

About you :

You have 5-10 years of experience and are ready to transition your tech skills into a client-focused leadership role

You have a vivid and creative understanding of just what cutting-edge technology can do

You take pride in defining and providing outstanding solutions that are tailor-made to address each concern and need

You engage in spirited discussions to examine the various sides of a problem and Client unique solutions

You are comfortable in an unstructured non-rules-based environment, making your own decisions, and envisioning innovative products, services, and approaches to bring to the marketplace

Fantastic problem-solving and critical thinking skills

A desire to learn, contribute, and explore an in-depth understanding of machine learning concepts

Requirements :

7-10 years of software engineering experience

Extensive experience using R and / or Python

3 years' experience working in a client-facing role

5-10 years of experience and are ready to transition your tech skills into a client-focused leadership role

Outstanding communication skills, particularly in conveying complex technical concepts to clients and team members

The ability to manage clients and internal stakeholders
