Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machining Engineer Technician to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring production aligns with customer specifications while maintaining seamless workflow and adhering to company standards. The ideal candidate will excel in CNC programming, machining processes, and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and validate CNC equipment using and without CAM software for production and fixture fabrication.
- Identify and implement tooling to achieve customer requirements.
- Develop in-house machining specifications in alignment with customer needs.
- Troubleshoot machining-related production issues and recommend improvements.
- Participate in design reviews for tooling, fixturing, and part print evaluations.
- Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on equipment and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
