  • Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management processthatequitably handlescompetingprioritiesacrossbusinessteams

StakeholderManagement

  • Engagewithbusinessleadersastheirtrustedadvisor
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across all components oftheplatform
  • Buildusercommunitiesthatprovideacontinuousfeedbackloopdrivestheplatformforward
  • MaintaincollaborativerelationshipswiththeLinkTechnologyandDatateams
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliverworld-classservice for Link

  • Create and manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resourcesacrossaportfolioofprojects

  • Managecommunicationswithstakeholders,projectteam,andbusinessandITmanagement

  • Manageapplicationinfrastructureservicesfrominternalandexternalproviders
  • ManageintegrationswithLinkandexternalproductsandplatforms
  • Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceedoperationalexpectations

  • 7 years of experience with Product Management
  • 3 recent years of experience managing marketing-related technology products
  • Email marketing
  • CMS Website hosting / optimization
  • Social Media
  • SharePoint
