Responsibilities :
- Workday System Deployment : Develop and implement Workday solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Workday System Administration : Lead the configuration and customization of Workday modules Recruiting, Talent Optimization and Learning , tailoring them to meet specific business needs.
- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into actionable plans within the Workday ecosystem.
- System Testing : Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of configured solutions.
- System Optimization : Continuously assess system performance and functionality, recommending and implementing improvements or enhancements.
- Reporting and Analytics : Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Workday to provide meaningful insights and data for decision-making and compliance reporting.
- Integration Management : Oversee integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Compliance and Data Security : Ensure Workday configurations and processes comply with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards. Take measures to protect sensitive employee data.
- Training and Documentation : Create documentation and provide training to end-users and stakeholders on Workday functionalities and processes.
