About the role Solution Management is responsible for defining and supporting the building of our large-scale next generation ADAS Stack technology working in our Agile work environment. The individual will collaborate with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and coordinates work in tandem with our development partners. You will play a critical role in our development including Pre- and Post-PI planning, Solution and System Demos, and Solution Team Sync. Responsibilities we’ll trust you with: Develop, define, and execute plans of record, including: schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks Monitor and drive the solution up to delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as needed Monitor budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of project milestones Represent the solution and drives alignment across all associated workstreams and stakeholders What are we looking for? Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 8 years of Solution/ Program Management or related work experience 5 years of working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials Excellent English and German skills We would also love to see: Experience with Agile working methods – e.g. SAFE ADAS technology – sensors, driving stack, perception 3 years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above) Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to drive decisions, manage deadlines, and prioritize independently Critical thinking and ability to seek innovative solutions to complex problems Excited about this role, but not sure if you meet 100% of the criteria?
