Position Summary :

As a Billing Processor , you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining customer jobs, tracking job costs, collecting, and verifying field tickets, processing electronic tickets, and creating customer invoices.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions :

• Set up and maintain customer jobs
• Track job costs and ensure related revenue recognition
• Collect and verify field tickets; process and approve electronic tickets
• Create customer invoices from tickets and submit them via billing platforms under customer guidelines
• Research and contact customers on unapproved and past-due balances
• Track weekly revenue by cost centers
• Reconcile contractor hours invoiced with internal records; code and submit for payment approval
• Maintain Outstanding AR reports weekly
• Ensure proper tax is invoiced to the customer based on region and customer exemption documentation.?

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary : $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Overtime : Eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours per week, as needed
