Essential Function

Distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to employees when needed

Document when PPE is given for cost capturing efforts

Catalog inventory to order and restock supplies

Order new uniforms for new hire employees

Manage uniform laundering services for region

Assist safety department with record keeping tasks

Prepare employee accesses for incoming training classes

Data entry into appropriate safety programs

Prepare safety files and audits when necessary

Requirements :

Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

Dependable, reliable, and self-starter

Once trained, work without direct supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have consistent personal transportation to job location

Microsoft Office experience (preferred)

English / Spanish bilingual (preferred)

Overtime on need basis only

Job Type : Full-time Compensation : $20 - $22 per hour

Company Requirements

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check to company standards.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Work Environment and Physical Demands : (Depending on environment)

More than 60% of the time will be spent standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, walking, and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Less than 40% of the time will be spent sedentary working on a computer

This is an everyday onsite position (remote is not available)

Must be tolerant of shop like conditions, dirt, oil, dust, etc.
