We are currently seeking a highly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Inventory Control Specialist. When you join our team, you will be responsible for taking the counted parts and verifying all the heat numbers match the Material Test Reports (MTRs). Scanning, storing, and entering them into a tracking system updating our job books for each project. This position will also require daily communication with customers and vendors about missing or incorrect parts.
Responsibilities
- Build kits for welders based off Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Counting inventory on parts delivered
- Controlling and entering MTRs into files
- Distributing materials based on each project
- Communicating with key stakeholders on project timeline
- Documenting and housing all necessary data in a timely manner
- Data entry into appropriate programs
- Any other assigned duties
- Familiarity with MTR’s and MTR data
- At least 5 years of experience with print and ISO reading
- Must have strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Familiarity with pipes and fittings based on schedule, sizes, and classifications
- Basic Knowledge of welding vocabulary
- Computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic use of Blue Beam and or Adobe (Preferred)
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $23 – $25 per hour
Company Requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check to company standards.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to commute to Ault, CO daily
Physical Requirements
- More than 75% of the time will be spent kneeling, bending, squatting, walking, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Less than 25% of the time will be spent sitting, driving, and doing desk work.
