Seeking a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic.
Highlights :
- Manage only 10-17 patients per day
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
Focus on preventive care, not reactive treatment
Qualifications :
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
Salary : $220,000 - $250,000
