We offer market-leading compensation. Our contracts involve three components : a base salary, an individual performance bonus, and a clinic performance bonus. Yourcompensation in the first year should approach $300k, with opportunity to exceed $400k by Year 3.

Hospital care is not required. Inpatient work is optional. The typical patient load for a full panel is 0-2 patients in hospital at a time.
Clients will be doing the marketing and management of starting a private practice model for the new doc
A typical work day is 8 AM to 5 PM, 1-hour break for lunch / 5.5 hours of patient care and the rest is built in admin time to follow up on triage, lab work, radiology results, documentation, etc.
The call is split between members of the group-after hours emergency calls only.
