AT&T has lofty goals going into 2025 regarding growth in market share and customer acquisition and they have turned to us to grow alongside them! We are looking to expand our operations into 5 new locations in the next 18 months, with the help of new AT&T Account Representatives.

You will also learn the back-ends of account management, including client relations, team management and business development.

Key Responsibilities Of An AT&T Account Representative
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, our company, and AT&T to ensure all parties maintain adequate communication regarding active accounts
- Ability to empathize with customers, address their questions and concerns, and offer up proactive and effective solutions
- Understanding of sales interactions and the ability to identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell various products when appropriate
- Maintain lasting relationships with customers by practicing quality customer service and troubleshooting all issues, ensuring customer retention in the long-term
- Abide by all compliance policies and procedures set forth by AT&T, ensuring all transactions meet the proper standards
- Attend team meetings to learn from fellow Account Representatives, sharing best practices and ensuring the team stays up-to-date on current trends
- Experience in account management, sales, and/or customer service is a plus
- Highly driven and resourceful individuals, able to think on their feet
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills to connect with customers
- Ability to work well and collaborate with teams as well as operate independently to proactively find solutions
- Comfortable with change and the ability to adapt to different customer’s needs and market conditions
