What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at 1916 Irish Pub (Brandon)?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong knowledge of mixology and a passion for creating unique and delicious drinks. The successful candidate will also possess excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders for drinks.
- Mix drinks according to recipes or customer requests.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Serve snacks and food items to customers.
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glasses and restocking supplies.
- Ensure that all customers are served in a timely manner.
