Duties
- Set up and break down catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area throughout the event.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Handle bussing duties, clearing tables promptly and efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
