197 The Agency is seeking a talented, driven, and reliable Videographer / Social Media Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will travel to various client locations in Miami to shoot high-quality video content that aligns with each client’s goals and brand identity. You’ll be responsible for following detailed shot lists while also bringing your creative vision to life when opportunities arise during shoots.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to various client locations in Miami to capture video content.
• Follow shot lists to ensure client expectations are met.
• Develop and pitch creative concepts during shoots when opportunities allow.
• Edit and deliver high-resolution, engaging video content optimized for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and the internal team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
• Maintain and organize video equipment.
• Use personal video equipment or company-provided equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in videography and social media content creation (portfolio required).
• Skilled in producing high-resolution, social media-ready video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different client needs.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working with excellent time management skills.
• Must own personal video equipment but be comfortable using company-provided equipment as needed.
