19six is seeking a highly motivated architectural Design Professional to support projects within our various design studios.
PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Architects and Job Captains.
- Develop and hone awareness of project processes and context.
- Create and assist with project design efforts as directed.
- Revise project redlines quickly and efficiently, as requested.
- Check own work for accuracy and against company graphic standards.
- Assist with bidding, permitting and construction admin processes (submittal/RFI/PCO intake, logging & filing).
- Assist with project closeout and archiving.
- Work collaboratively within an architectural team.
- Handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's of Architecture required.
- Previous experience or internship with an architecture firm preferred.
- At least beginner level experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Acrobat and MS Office software is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with desire and willingness for continual professional development.
- Detail oriented, highly motivated, positive attitude, and proactive problem solver.
- Demonstrated commitment to task management.
- Passion for design and construction.
