Primary Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and adjust lesson plans and curriculum to meet the needs of students as per their IEPs.
• Provide direct instruction to individuals and small groups in various special education areas.
• Modify existing curriculum to ensure accessibility for students with varying abilities.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child’s educational progress.
