Junior Liaison-Hospice
This position isn’t just about the paycheck or numbers of admissions or unrealistic goals, it’s much more. We are a family-owned employee centered hospice that focuses on the wellbeing of our staff. One of our founders started out as a community liaison himself, so he knows all the challenges and struggles that come with this assignment. That’s why he personally designed the basis of our current liaison program to be employee centered while promoting excellent patient outcomes that will turn into successful relationship building in our community.
Compensation
The compensation package consists of a stable base salary, gas, cell phone allowance, company credit card, company paid health benefits, including dental and vision, and an excellent monthly bonus plan with very attainable admission goals. We don’t have a hard cap on them either. So, the more admissions you bring, the bigger your incentives will be. Our top performers consistently average 6 figures a year while helping improve the lives of countless patients and their families throughout the city.

Requirements of applicants:
As a Hospice Liaison/Sales you will:
- Develop and maintain community relationships to promote hospice services.
- Serve as a resource and provide information and education to referral sources, potential referral sources, and the community.
- Meet with referring physicians and referral sources to ensure customer satisfaction and build relationships for referrals
- Educate referral sources about available hospice services, meths, and become a champion in the field.
Meet sales target goals:
- Self-Driven and fast learner
- Innovative, professional, and think outside of the box personality.
- Competitive attitude, goal orientated, and team player are key elements.
- Aggressively call on physicians, case managers, Hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community referral sources, develop relationships with these individuals to become the provider of choice, become the referral source of choice.
Hospice is both challenging and rewarding! This job requires a person who will never forget that home health and hospice is a “team effort.”
Other Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and have relatable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Bilingual is plus.
- At least one year of home health or hospice community relations or community education experience preferred, or Health Care Sales, i.e. DME, Home Care, Facility, Pharmacy, infusion sales.
- 4-year degree in Business, marketing, or similar: In lieu of a degree, a candidate with three or more years of experience in sales, with some exposure to community relations will be considered.
- Current Nevada driver’s license and automobile liability insurance is required, this is a field position.
