What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Plumber/ Apprentice Plumber position at 1EOR Global Private Limited?
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the worksite remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems with precision and adherence to code.
- Train and mentor apprentices and laborers to build a cohesive, effective team.
- Collaborate with project Foremen or Supervisors to meet productivity goals.
- Anticipate and review materials needed for each job to maintain efficiency.
- Uphold excellent customer service and foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Valid state Journeyman Plumber License.
- Experience: 3 years as a Journeyman preferred but not required.
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license with an acceptable history.
- Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Project Experience: Familiarity with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and tenant improvement (TI) projects.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, reliable, customer-focused, and committed to high standards of integrity.
