Part-Time Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator (M/W/F)

1Heart Caregiver Services is seeking a proactive and organized Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing home care agency in Brea, CA. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping seniors receive the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job ads across multiple platforms (really, Craigslist, myCNAjobs, etc.)
- Source, screen, and interview potential caregivers
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and fill open shifts
- Maintain accurate caregiver and client records
- Communicate with clients and staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
- Support office operations with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR preferred (healthcare or home care industry a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Comfortable using really, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Tagalog) is a plus, but not required

- Pay: $18/hr depending on experience
