A Reconciliation Clerk is responsible for performing accurate verification, reconciliation and data entry in accordance with accounting principles and company standards. This role is part of the Accounting, Finance and Compliance team.
Here's more of what you will do:
Performs verification and reconciliation of daily routes in an accurate and timely manner.
Balances daily invoices, inventory and checks.
Scans checks and creates bank deposits.
Tracks and processes same day hot shot orders and invoices.
Tracks and processes concession invoices.
Tracks and processes POS invoices.
Reviews and reconciles invoices.
Notifies Coaches on shortages and communicates training opportunities as applicable to ensure accurate inventory reconciliation
Scans and processes daily purchase orders.
Performs bank-related accounting tasks.
Scans and processes daily purchase orders (POs).
Researches bank deposit discrepancies as required.
Posts accounts receivable and NSF payments.
