This is a commission-based role where you can earn 8-13% commission on every sale, with the potential for higher earnings based on performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Close Leads:** Convert inbound leads into closed deals by effectively presenting and selling our roofing and construction services.
- **Generate Leads:** Actively seek out new business opportunities by making cold calls, door knocking, and using other methods such as distributing flyers and marketing materials.
- **Build Relationships:** Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Provide Excellent Customer Service:** Ensure customers understand the services offered, address concerns, and provide an exceptional sales experience.
- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed sales goals, working independently and proactively to increase your commission earnings.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in roofing or construction sales is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.
