Role: Kore.ai - Enterprise Architect
Location: Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC (3xdays/week onsite)
** Must have hands-on!! (Kore.ai)
Job Description:
MUST HAVE:
- Experience in building Contact Center applications using Kore.AI, Genesys, Nice or other modern Contact Center platforms
- Experience with the Kore.AI platform or similar conversational AI platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in Java, Node JS, Java Script, Jquery, HTML 5, CSS3, Redis/MangoDB, Web Sockets.
- Experience in defining/creating/consuming SOAP & RESTful web services.
- Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chat bots
- Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP
- Experience in various authentication and authorization frameworks
- UI development experience in Angular /React
Qualifications:
Good to Have: Kore.AI Certificaitons
Good to Have: Any Chatbot development experience
Good to Have: Open Source code contribution

You will be responsible for understanding the functional requirements, translated them into a technical architecture using Kore.AI platform and design the various upstream and downstream integrations.""
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in building large enterprise scale applications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrating Cloud / SaaS solutions with other legacy/on-prem Enterprise apps
- Prepare the Technical Architecture documents and design approaches using the various tools
- Translate the business requirements to technical specifications that can be used by the teams to design & develop
- Define implementation approaches, algorithms and code structure to meet the requirements
- Lead in the analysis, design, and implementation planning of the technical/business solution
- Architect experience and responsibility includes defining, prototyping and recommending the technology solutions, detailing the implementation design and identifying interfaces with other products for integration
