Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM (Onsite, 5 days a week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Level 1 Technical Support professional to join our team in Red Bank, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling IT support tickets, ensuring prompt resolution, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and dispatch IT support tickets efficiently
- Clear ticket queues in a timely manner
- Provide first-level support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond promptly to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, OR Associate Degree with a minimum of 1 year of technical support experience
- A and Network Certification (or equivalent certifications)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
