Job Description
Serves as primary, daily liaison between client and Striden. Responsible for understanding contracted requirements, adhering to customer guidelines, and achieving agreed-to office service level objectives.
Duties:
- Responsible for front desk reception, including guest registration and entry to the firm, promptly greeting all incoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, and guiding guests to meeting spaces as needed.
- Maintains a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area.
- Responsible for Hospitality team administrative tasks, including placing catering orders, expense reporting, submitting invoices, arranging restaurant reservations, and other related tasks.
- Assists the hospitality manager with internal meeting support, firm event planning, internal office hoteling management, and other related duties.
- Orders and stocks supplies as needed.
- Performs other administrative duties as requested.
Recommended Skills:
- Prior customer service, hospitality, restaurant/hotel events experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills desired.
