Site Manager
Shift: 8am-5pm

Job Description
Serves as primary, daily liaison between client and Striden. Responsible for understanding contracted requirements, adhering to customer guidelines, and achieving agreed-to office service level objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Key duties include managing day-to-day operations by ensuring all agreed upon service levels are satisfactorily met. Services may include concierge, reception, mail, print, ship/receive, conference room hospitality, pantry hospitality, supply management, meeting support, facilities management and additional duties as necessary.
- Clearly communicates job expectations to team members by training, cross-training, coaching, counseling, directing, & evaluating the work of the team to increase the quality of the output.
- Maintain efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their work.
- Assist with hiring, development, management, and promotion of employees while providing on-site support.
- Manage recognition and retention programs. Ensure performance and training plans are in place for each employee.
- Consistently identify, develop, and deploy process enhancements.
- Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction through problem solving, achieving goals, and consistently meeting project deadlines.
- Understand and respond to specific customer needs while maintaining consistent communication.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting monthly metrics and submitting accounting chargebacks for conference room services, supplies, mail, and print production services.
- Manage and track all incoming facilities work order requests within client’s Help Desk Ticketing System.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- High School diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to occasionally lift or carry objects up to 50 lbs.
