1SEO Digital Agency is a private-equity backed digital marketing company located 30 minutes north of Philadelphia. Our “mission” is to enable high quality local service providers to make effective connections with qualified customers located within 25 miles of their office. We are converting a legacy digital marketing agency into a B2B technology company that sells “marketing as a service” to local service providers.
Our entire marketing team works from our office in Bristol, PA, but our clients have physical offices in one or more cities across the US or Canada and fall in one of three categories: home services, health & wellness, or professional services. Sales reps who are not local to Philadelphia work remote and do not need to relocate.
Position Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing your own sales pipeline, driving revenue growth, and securing new business for our company. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Your primary focus will be acquiring new clients through various outbound prospecting methods, including a dialer, email sequencer, referrals, and networking—all while maintaining clean and accurate data in our CRM. To ensure a steady flow of opportunities, you’ll be expected to build, nurture, and track your pipeline effectively. Regular daily and monthly activity reports will be reviewed, so you should be comfortable reviewing reporting of your numbers and utilizing sales management tools like Salesforce.

- Meeting weekly and monthly targets for intro calls, audit calls, proposal reviews, and closed deals.
- Making 100150 dials per day with the support of a dialer to engage and qualify prospects.
- Guiding prospects through the sales funnel with a consultative approach, leading to successful conversions.
- Conducting website and digital marketing audits for prospects after completing training.
- Understanding and addressing prospective clients’ business needs to tailor effective marketing solutions.
- Representing 1SEO Digital Agency at networking and new business events to build relationships and drive opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 years of related experience as an Account Executive
- Digital Marketing and or Agency Experience is a plus
- 2 years of experience with SalesForce
