Our “mission” is to enable high quality local service providers to make effective connections with qualified customers located within 25 miles of their office. We are converting a legacy digital marketing agency into a B2B technology company that sells “marketing as a service” to local service providers. .
Our entire team works from our office in Bristol, PA, but our clients have physical offices in one or more cities across the US or Canada and fall in one of three categories: home services, health & wellness, or professional services.
Position Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media & Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance requirements for legal and financial marketing, as well as experience in affiliate program management and social media strategy.
Compliance for Legal & Financial Marketing
Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to relevant legal and financial compliance standards.
Stay updated on industry regulations and provide guidance to the team to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with legal and financial experts to review and approve marketing materials.
Affiliate Program Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy.
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to drive growth and increase revenue.
Monitor and optimize affiliate performance using analytics tools.
Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Create and implement organic social media strategies across multiple platforms.
Develop high-quality, engaging content tailored to different audiences.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategy.
Represent the brand on camera for social media videos and campaigns (a plus).
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Provide creative ideas for campaigns that align with compliance standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, affiliate programs, and social media.

Required Skills And Experience
2 Years proven experience in compliance for legal and/or financial marketing.
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and building affiliate networks.
Expertise in organic social media strategy, content creation, and execution.
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content (preferred).
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with analytics tools to track affiliate and social media performance.
