At 1Solar we are passionate about helping our customers make the most of their solar investment. Now, we’re expanding our team to help homeowners take their energy independence to the next level with battery storage solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Closing high-intent deals – No cold calling! You will be working with warm leads—homeowners who already have solar and are interested in adding a battery.
• Presenting and educating – You’ll explain the benefits of battery storage, including energy independence, backup power, and Rocky Mountain Power’s Watt Smart rebate program.
• Handling pricing and contracts – You’ll guide customers through the pricing, financing, and installation process, ensuring a smooth transition from interest to signed agreement.
• Maximizing your earnings – With a competitive base pay of $20/hour and a high-commission structure, top closers at 1Solar take home significant earnings.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably phone-based), with at least 1 year as a closer.
• Solar experience is a huge plus—but if you’re a strong closer, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals efficiently.
• A driven, competitive, and coachable mindset—we want top performers who are hungry to succeed.
