What You’ll Do:
- Engage with homeowners via phone, text, and email to educate them on the benefits of a new battery rebate program.
- Schedule and set appointments for our expert battery consultants.
- Manage and follow up with assigned leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Some sales or customer service experience – we’ll provide training to help you succeed.
- Experience in solar, appointment setting, or phone sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRMs like Quickbase or similar is a bonus.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong communication skills.
- The ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
