A diesel engine component sales professional with a passion for business growth and customer relationships is sought after. We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to drive new business acquisition, maintain and expand existing accounts, and recover lost revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings and services, including turbos, overhaul kits, filtration systems, and aftertreatment parts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on the company's products and services.
- Mastery of the full sales cycle to deliver results-driven solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned territories.
- Establish a comprehensive list of target customers and create strategies to win their business.
- Stay ahead of competitors by analyzing market trends and landscapes.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and community activities.
- Effectively utilize Salesforce to organize and manage sales activities.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with diesel engine components is a significant advantage.
- Strong independent judgment and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
