While other companies are focused on just replacing roofs, we’re working to determine the cause of the issues and how to correct them. We have saved our clients years of life expectancy on their existing roofs. When a roof is too old to repair, we provide a detailed proposal containing all of the information needed for the homeowner to make a decision about replacing their roof. Job Summary
The Commercial Roofing Project Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, implementation, and tracking of multiple concurrent commercial roof projects from pre-construction to completion. We are looking for an Experienced and Team Oriented roofing professional to lead the management of projects while focusing on completion on time and within budget.
Duties
To oversee the planning implementation and tracking of overall commercial roof project from beginning an end. Coordinating closely with all parties involved and frequent updates.
- Prepare project schedules and phasing plans.
- Manage job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews.
- Control manpower on project(s).
- Coordinate project activities to attain successful goals on all projects by focusing attention on time and in budget project completion.
- Be effective in reading and takeoffs from Plans/Specs for new/reroof projects.
- On site management of assigned projects including coordination/supervision of subcontractors.
- Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects.
- Assist in winning profitable repeat business by cultivating customer relationships during management of projects.

- Participate in pre-job meetings with handoff from estimating to operations on assigned projects.
- Prepare purchase orders request for review.
- Participate in all pre-construction meetings.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5-years commercial roofing experience
- Experience in Project Management and/or estimating in commercial roofing or similar commercial construction industry
- Read and understands blueprints, specifications and project documentation
- Understanding of commercial/industrial system design and installation code compliance and manufacturers requirements for warranty.
- Experience with project management software, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel Word Outlook Power Point)
- Written and verbal communication and time management abilities
- Organized person and enjoys working outside.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $88,900.00 - $94,966.00 per year
