What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Home Health LPN or RN - DAYSHIFT 12HR SHIFTS position at 1st Americare LLC?
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 7am to 7pm
- School case
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patient
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN or LPN in a home health setting
- Experience with tube feeding and managing enteral nutrition
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting
