Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
About Us:
1st Americare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight home health care services to a client in Bloomingdale, NJ. This position offers the opportunity to deliver one-on-one care in a comfortable home environment, ensuring the patient’s safety, health, and overall well-being during nighttime hours.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in condition
- Assist with patient mobility, repositioning, and daily care needs
- Respond promptly to any medical needs or emergencies
- Communicate effectively with family members to support coordinated care
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of care provided
Qualifications:
- Active and valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience in home care or similar healthcare settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and professional demeanor
- Dependable and available to work overnight shifts
