Job description
1st Americare Home Health currently is looking for a Full-time LPN to assist with clinical aspects caring for our adult Home Health Care patient in Round Hill, VA.
Available Schedules:
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm-7am (nights)
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Follows plan of care as indicated by provider.
- Able to work with a large variety of patient populations and their families.
- Medication administration and treatments as indicated by disease process and provider order.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required: LPN License
- Required: Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19
- Required: Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance
- Required: Negative PPD test or negative chest X-Ray if PPD was positive
- Required: Active Basic Life Support Certificate or higher
- Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Required: Ability to prioritize tasks with considerable efficiency
- Required: Excellent customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $37.00 - $47.00 per hour
