Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for meaningful weekend work in a peaceful, home-based setting? 1st Americare is hiring a Part-Time Weekend Daytime Home Health Nurse to care for a client in Mercer County, NJ. This is a perfect opportunity for nurses who enjoy building personal connections while delivering skilled, compassionate care.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on patient care, including mobility support and hygiene assistance
- Administer medications and perform physician-prescribed treatments
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
- Operate and manage medical equipment (G-tube, trach, etc.) as needed
- Communicate clearly with family members and other care providers
- Maintain accurate care records and respond quickly to patient needs
What You Bring:
- A current RN or LPN license in New Jersey
- Previous home care or clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- A caring, patient-first attitude with strong attention to detail
- Weekend availability for scheduled shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
