Job Title: RN/LPN Home Care (Part-time)
Location: Midland Park, New Jersey
Schedule: 7:00pm to 6:00am
Days: Fri, Sat, Sun
About Us:
1st Americare is seeking an RN or LPN to work with our clients in the Midland Park, NJ area as a home health nurse. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to our patient in a home setting, working overnight shifts to ensure their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide support with positioning.
- Collaborate with the patient's family to ensure effective care and comfort.
- Respond promptly to any medical emergencies or changes in the patient’s condition.
- Monitor the patient’s vital signs, manage medical equipment, and assess overall health status.
- Document all care activities, observations, and changes in the patient’s condition accurately.
Qualifications:
- Valid and active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts as required.
