Job Overview:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: Jersey City, NJ
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a patient in a home care setting located in Jersey, NJ. This role requires specialized experience in Ventilators, Trach & G-J tube care. Home care experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to meet the patient’s medical and personal needs.
- Perform trach and g - j tube care with precision and expertise.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN/LPN license in New Jersey.
- Proven experience with g- j tube care (required).
- Prior experience in home care (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the home care environment.
- Experience with patients who suffer from seizures highly preferred.
