Job Title: RN/LPN-Home Health Nurse (Weekends)

Location: Glen Rock, New Jersey

Schedule: 7am to 3pm

About Us:

1st Americare is seeking an RN or LPN to work with our clients in the Glen Rock, NJ area as a home health nurse. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to our patient in a home setting, working weekend shifts to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide support with positioning.
• Collaborate with the patient's family to ensure effective care and comfort.
• Respond promptly to any medical emergencies or changes in the patient’s condition.
• Monitor the patient’s vital signs, manage medical equipment, and assess overall health status.
• Document all care activities, observations, and changes in the patient’s condition accurately.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active RN/LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.98 - $37.65 per hour

Expected hours: 41.00 – 52.00 per week
